Each EOS piece of jewellery is made using an upcycling process using authentic buttons from luxury brands, ensuring the durability of each of our pieces. Still, follow our tips to extend their life and get the most out of them.
Care
- Handle your jewelry with care.
- Avoid contact of your jewelry with perfume, creams, cosmetics that can leave residues and create abrasions on your jewelry. Wear your jewelry after you have applied all your creams, makeup, perfume, etc.
- Remove jewelry when showering or washing your hands.
- Do not bathe with your jewelry in the sea or in the pool; salt water and chlorine in pools can damage them, causing them to lose their shine.
- Avoid exercising while wearing your jewelry. Sweat is an acidic substance and can therefore damage metals.
Cleaning
- Clean your jewelry with water and neutral soap. Jewelry is meant to be enjoyed, whether on a daily basis or for a special occasion. To care for your jewelry, clean it frequently with hot or warm water and non-abrasive soap, drying it gently with a cotton cloth.
How to store your jewelry?
- Store them separately. Avoid storing your jewelry together as they could scratch each other. Whenever possible, store them in a jewelry box or velvet bag.
- Store them in a cool, dry place, away from humid areas.
